Finished works are sent through discord links, if you want me to send them to other sites like toyhouse/email, please ask beforehead to make the process faster.

only one wip is sent for simple comms unless requested beforehead! (I start and finish a slot very quickly!)

I add filters to the commissions to keep a similar palette to my style and merge the character with the background! This can make your character's colors lighter but you can ask for a PNG version of the commission to get the original palette

My work is digital only, I won't sent any physical goods.

Your commission may vary slightly from examples provided.

I hold the right to use your order only for examples purpose.

PAYPAL ONLY! unless sayed otherwise, also the payment is expected within 24hrs starting when invoices are sent, otherwhise your order could be canceled.

I can refuse any order with no reason.

All orders take a minimum of 6 days to be completed! Usually they take less time but I can't guarantee a date unless requested, if it's less than 6 days an extra will be charged. Refunds are only if I haven't started, if I started I hold the right to only give you a partial refund.

Big edits are allowed during sketching, small edits are allowed after line art/flat color stage. Bigger changes after that take at least $5 USD unless it was my fault, I have the right to refuse any medium or big changes for free.

You can make unlimited changes in your commission if I do not started with your order.

If a portion of art has been started and a refund has been requested, I am allowed to use said art for a YCH, adopt base, or for personal work.

To avoid any problems with Innersloth or any other small/indie company, I WON'T take any Among Us/Indie franchise related commissions.

I no longer do NSFW commissions/YCH, I only do them for personal pieces.

Please do not ask for updates constantly, check my trello instead.

Provide a clean reference of your character/s. You can send as many references as you think it is needed.

Give me as much details as possible, including reference for poses, moodboards, etc.

Do not repost without proper credit (tag me or leave link)

You CAN use your order for personal use like using in in your profile picture/banner/toyhouse profile.

You CAN'T use it for comercial use (for promotional/advertising purposes, sell at comms, vtubing/streaming) unless requested beforehand and payed the final price. It usually adds +$100-200 (one time only) depending on what you want to sell.

For mass production (Merchandising / printed products) you have to pay the same as stated before.

You may print it or create articles using the artwork provided if it is for your own personal enjoyment only and not for mass resale/commercial purposes.

Please do not edit my art without asking me first! I don't mind removing backgrounds and such but not whole edits like changing the whole design, I can do that for you for free if it's something simple like removing freckles, scars, etc, for big changes like the whole palette/body markings, you'll have to ask for another commission.

DO NOT SELL MY DESIGNS TO BLACKLISTED USERS (check my TH's Global Rules/user profile)

Once you have it, you can do anything to the character, there's no need to ask for anything.

You CAN sell it for more than you get it but only if it has commissions!
